Make a Payment by Phone

There are two ways to pay over the phone:

  1. Call 1-800-283-3531 for a customer service representative – Pay during our regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with personal assistance from one of our customer service representatives. Dial toll-free 1-800-283-3531 and ask for the billing department. Our representatives can accept a payment from your bank account; a debit card with a MasterCard or Visa logo; or a MasterCard or Visa credit card. Please have your policy number and payment information ready when you call.
  2. Call 888-505-0153 to use our interactive voice response system – Pay your premium 24/7, evenings, weekends, and holidays, by using our interactive voice response (IVR) payment system. Have your policy/account number available and dial 888-505-0153. Follow the system’s prompts to complete your payment using an electronic check from a checking or savings account; a debit card bearing a MasterCard or Visa logo; or a MasterCard or Visa credit card. (Pennsylvania commercial customers please note: You will be charged a convenience fee of $7.95 when using the IVR system.)
