Penny M. Dolak of Huntingdon has been named Director of Agency Management for Mutual Benefit Group (MBG).
In this position, she will own and manage the full suite of MBG agency partnerships and operations, driving profitable growth to achieve financial and operational targets.
Penny joined Mutual Benefit Group in June 2001 as Premium Audit Supervisor in Commercial Lines. During her tenure at MBG, she has held several supervisory/management roles, including Personal Lines Rating Supervisor, Personal Lines Underwriting Support Supervisor and Operation Service Manager. Over the years, Penny has worked on several major initiatives at the Company, including managing data conversions and working cross-functionally with other departments to automate workflow.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Penny has earned the following insurance industry designations: Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Personal Insurance (API) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
A graduate of Leadership Huntingdon County, Penny served as a board member of the Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce from 2015 to 2018, and also worked with the Chamber’s Event Planning Committee for five years, serving as chair from 2014-2018.
Penny spends her free time running, reading and boating on Raystown Lake. She especially enjoys time with her family, including her husband, her two daughters and her fur baby, a Chocolate Lab named Sia.
