Summary of Duties

The Document Processing Representative supports the company by providing timely and accurate preparation, distribution and electronic storage of all documents, including but not limited to incoming and outgoing mail, as well as internal document processing.  Specific duties include processes all documents for viewing, workflow and electronic storage; ensures data quality of all documents being processed; ensures timely distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, using current United States Postal rates and regulations; responsible for assembly of policy documentation to be mailed to external customers; maintains accurate postage records by department; responsible for equipment performance, scheduling maintenance and providing necessary cleaning; maintains adequate forms and supplies for policy assembly; receives incoming packages and service entrance deliveries; cross trains and provides back up to various functions within the Operation Service Department to effectively assist in meeting time service goals; and performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed.

Necessary Qualifications

Applicant must possess a general equivalency or high school diploma; proficient interpersonal relations and communications skills; demonstrated typing ability; proficient data entry skills; proficient computer knowledge; demonstrated attention to detail to detail, problem solving, organization, and time management; and minimum of nine months’ experience in related position(s).
