Dinnin and Parkins Associates Make Inner Circle

 

HUNTINGDON, PA – Dinnin and Parkins Associates, Oakmont, is one of just 19 independent insurance agencies that have qualified for Mutual Benefit Group’s Inner Circle, based on 2017 business results. This is the second time the agency has earned the honor.

Mutual Benefit Group is a multiline property/casualty insurance company based in Huntingdon. It is represented by 225 independent agents in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Each year, the company presents its Inner Circle award to those agents who provide superior customer satisfaction while establishing a consistent record of profitable growth.

The firm services customers from two additional locations, Newton-Lehman, Pittsburgh, and John F. Graff Agency, Kittanning. The three offices provide business and personal insurance, as well as life, health and medicare insurance to residents of Allegheny, Westmoreland, Butler and Armstrong Counties. The firm specializes in insuring school buses.

Leading the 18-member staff are Thomas R. Dinnin, president; Thomas J. Parkins, vice president; Thomas E. Dinnin, secretary, and John F. Graff.  The staff is involved in the local community through the Riverview Community Action Corp., Oakmont Lions Club, and by serving on the board of directors of Oakmont Chamber of Commerce.

Agency leaders attribute the success of the firm, which opened in 1963, to “doing what is right for the customer.”
