Established in 1993, the Brown-Smiley Agency was founded in Uniontown by Darrell W. Smiley. In 1990, Harry J. Nedley purchased the agency now known as Brown-Smiley-Nedley Insurance Agency, LLC. The Brown-Smiley-Nedley Insurance Agency, LLC, is a full-service independent agency representing a number of reputable insurance carriers.
