Hoff, a lifelong resident of Carroll County, was a dairy farmer and cattleman before founding the agency. He understands the needs of customers in our area. In addition to Sam, the insurance team consists of Diane Hale and Heather Beck, with 44 and 29 years’ of experience respectively.
