Donna M. Dever, J.D.

Donna Dever has served on the Board of Directors of Mutual Benefit Insurance Company since 2024, bringing with her a broad range of professional expertise in insurance operations, legal & regulatory affairs, compliance and process improvement. A results-oriented executive, Donna brings with her an analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills in and beyond the areas of insurance law, corporate governance, risk analysis, project & change management and cross-functional business process development.

 

Donna currently serves as the MidAtlantic Commercial Lines Client Service and Operations Leader at USI Insurance Services LLC. Prior to this role, she held a series of operational leadership positions at WTW, as well as legal and operational roles at Harleysville Insurance. She began her legal career as a commercial litigation associate with the law firm Stradley Ronon.

She earned her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from Virginia Tech.

Outside of her professional life, Donna enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking and gardening.
