MBG CIO to be featured on tech webcast

Global tech company Duck Creek Technologies (DCT) will feature Mutual Benefit Group’s Chief Information Officer Adam Solomon during its upcoming webcast, The Future of Insurance Operations.

You can register here for the webcast, which is set for Thursday, March 25th, at 10 a.m. Eastern.

In May 2020, MBG became the first insurer globally to go live with Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) for its core claims system. DCOD is Duck Creek’s cloud-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for the core systems that property and casualty insurance companies rely on each day to manage business operations, such as policy administration, billing, quoting and, of course, claims. DCOD provides modules for each core system that can be implemented individually or as part of a boarder migration strategy.

Just one month after going live with DCOD for claims, MBG elected to move all of its core systems to OnDemand. DCT has called MBG’s decision “a bold step toward increased speed to market and operational agility.” The migration will ultimately allow MBG to concentrate more resources on direct support of its agents and customers.

Joining in the webcast discussion will be Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), one of DCT’s Premier Systems integrator partners. Both DCT and LTI are currently working with MBG on Program SOAR, the name MBG has given its ambitious initiative to transform its approach to technology.
