In the midst of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Mutual Benefit remains committed to being here for you when you need us. Currently, customer service is continuing as usual. Although most of our staff is working from home, they are as ready as ever to help you with your claims or with billing and service concerns.

Our employees began working remotely on March 20 as MBG complied with the Pennsylvania Governor’s mandate that all non-life-sustaining businesses were to close to slow the spread of COVID-19. However, we learned from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department that insurance companies are permitted to allow a small number of personnel to remain on site. The employees on our Operation Service Team are in our home office to help you from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The rest of our employees have full access from their homes to all the information and computer systems they need to manage daily business. Please call or email as you normally would if you need us.
