If your claim involves a fire or major water damage we suggest you call 800-794-4255.

If you are submitting your claim during normal business hours someone from our claim reporting unit will be calling you for additional information to establish your claim. The claim reporting personnel who contacts you will be able to give you your claim number and claim handler’s name upon completion of your call with them.

If we receive this claim outside our normal business hours, you will be contacted our next business day.

Our business hours are 8 a.m to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday with some exceptions and holidays.
