IA&B Ranks MBG Commercial Lines Second Overall

Mutual Benefit Group’s Commercial Lines Department ranked second overall and received three perfect scores in the 2015 Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) Company Satisfaction Index. The intent of the survey is to provide benchmark rating by producing an overall company rating and a specific breakdown in four categories that are of key importance to IA&B members: Products, Pricing, and Underwriting; Policy Services and Claims; Agency/Company Relationship; and Technology.

Mutual Benefit received a perfect score of 4.000 in three areas:

  • Commitment to the Independent Agency System
  • Underwriter Accessibility
  • Underwriter Has Sufficient Knowledge and Training

The 2015 ranking focused on commercial lines, and the 2016 ranking will focus on personal lines. Therefore, personal lines was not included in the 2015 index.
