Shannon Davis Named Vice President – Claims

Shannon Davis was promoted to Vice President – Claims on January 1, 2024.

Her leadership, bias for action, and forward thinking has helped our team advance and evolve. In this position, Shannon oversees and directs claim adjusting activities of the Company through attention to the department’s areas of strategic importance, specifically fair, prompt, and courteous attention to the needs of agents and claimants, planning and monitoring for effective staffing and facilities capabilities, continued development effectiveness, and qualify of core adjusting skills.  The objectives and plans in these areas of strategic importance will be aligned with the business purpose of acquiring, growing, and retaining customers at a profit. She also serves as the Subject Matter Expert for the Claims Department.

Prior to joining MBG, Shannon worked as a frontline performance leader at Allstate Insurance from January 1999 to November 2009. From June 2010 to March 2011, she was a customer care supervisor at N.E.W. Customer Service Companies.

In March 2011, Shannon accepted a position as Fast-Track Adjuster II in Mutual Benefit's Claim Department. Over the years, she advanced into roles with increasing responsibility, including Fast-Track Adjuster III, Claim Representative, Multi-Line Claim Supervisor, Claim Operations Manager and Assistant Vice President - Claims before receiving her most recent promotion to Vice President - Claims. She was also selected for PA Business Central’s 2023 “Women Making a Difference”. 

Shannon is a member of Covenant Community Church, Bellwood PA; American Boer Goat Association (ABGA) and Keystone Goat Producers Association. 

Shannon and her late husband William C.L. Davis have four children and two grandchildren.
