Ronald J. Zaleski, Jr., was named vice president – insurance analytics at Mutual Benefit Group on February 1, 2016.
Zaleski comes to MBG from Bankers Financial Corporation, St. Petersburg, Florida, where he has served as vice president, chief actuary, and head of analytics for Bankers Insurance Group since March 2014. Throughout his career, Zaleski has held positions at Farmers Insurance, Baltimore, Maryland; Liberty Mutual Insurance, Boston, Massachusetts; and The Hanover Insurance Group, Worcester, Massachusetts.
A 2001 graduate of Loyola University Maryland with a degree in mathematics, Zaleski has been a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries since 2005. He was a member of the Implementation Task Force for the CAS Educational Paper on Ratemaking, 2007-2009, and has been a member of the CAS Ratemaking Committee from 2007-2015.
