Amanda Jones Named Claims Representative

Amanda Jones has been named Claims Representative for Mutual Benefit Group.

In this position, she will investigate, evaluate and settle multi-line claims.

Jones earned her associate degree in business from Dubois Business College in 2010. She is also a licensed Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser, a credential she’s held since 2014. Additionally, in 2023, she received the designation of Certified Automobile Subrogation Arbitrator from Arbitration Forums.

Jones began her career in insurance as an agency customer service representative at State Farm. Then, in 2013, she was recruited by Mutual Benefit as a Claims Call Center Technician. Since then, Jones has held several other positions within the Company, including Total Loss Specialist and Fast Track I, II and III Adjuster.

Jones and her husband have one daughter, Emma. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, cooking and crocheting. She also loves to go camping with her family.
